WG950 Vertical Grinder is an automated equipment for grinding and processing single crystal silicon rods. It can be compatible with the rotating and flat chamfering processing methods of silicon rods. This equipment can load and unload materials through an automated material table, achieving automation of the production line.

The WG950 Vertical Grinder is equipped with a self-developed PLC control system. The main controller is the Delta AX-832EP0ME1T programmable controller, and the HMI is the Delta touch screen DOP-115WX. Manual/automatic control can be achieved on the HMI. The entire control system is stable, user-friendly, and easy to operate. It can achieve automatic control of the entire process of automatic loading of crystal bars, flatness detection, automatic tool setting, grinding processing, crystal bar cleaning, and square bar cutting.
