Equipment Overview

Equipment Name:Cropper-Seven Cutters

Equipment Model:MTM370/7C

MTM370/7C is used for cutting and slicing of ingots. The equipment contains seven sets of ring wire cutting units, the first and last two cutting units hang two ring wires, and the middle five cutting units hang one ring wire, which can simultaneously divide the ingot into 8 segments at most (including the top and tail segments) and take two sample pieces (one piece each from the top and tail segments).

MTM370/7C is equipped with a self-developed fully automatic computer control system, and adopts an intuitive and vivid control interface, which can realize operations such as automatic feeding of ingots, automatic length fixing, automatic cutting, and automatic wire retraction.

The equipment is also designed with the functions of automatic alignment of the first knife and one-key automatic flipping of the crystal line. It can be selected according to customer needs.
