The WP330 single crystal silicon squarer is a specialized cutting equipment developed by our company and applied to the square cutting of single crystal silicon ingot. Equipped with diamond ring wires developed by our company for cutting, it can improve cutting accuracy, improve processing efficiency, and reduce operating costs.

It is equipped with a digital display operation platform, servo motor control for feed speed, and PLC program control to achieve automatic cutting.It has a wide range of square dimensions and can be automatically adjusted by modifying parameters, with a maximum square rod diameter of 330mm.
