WSG350 squaring & grinding integrator is the equipment that can simultaneously perform squaring and grinding processing on crystal ingots. Its interior utilizes a rotary table for reciprocating rotary motion. It integrates the workstations of the squarer and the grinder, with the features of no waiting and no switching. It not only increases production capacity for customers, but also reduces production costs.

This machine performs squaring, grinding, chamfering, and rounding of single crystal silicon. It has the features of high feeding accuracy, high grinding efficiency, and small size error. It can achieve automatic control of the entire process of automatic loading, automatic squaring, automatic wings removal and placement, pre-grinding inspection, outer circle rough grinding, flat rough grinding, outer circle fine grinding, flat fine grinding, post grinding inspection, crystal ingot cleaning, and crystal ingot unloading. It can be compatible with both rotary profiled edge and pushing chamfering machining methods for silicon ingots.
