Equipment Overview

Equipment Name: Cropper-Nine Cutters

Equipment Model:MTM370/9C
MTM370/9C is used for cutting and slicing of ingots. The equipment contains nine sets of ring wire cutting units, the first and last two cutting units hang two ring wires, and the middle seven cutting units hang one ring wire, which can simultaneously divide the ingot into 11 segments at most (including the top and tail segments) and take two sample pieces (one piece each from the top and tail segments).

MTM370/9C is equipped with a self-developed fully automatic computer control system, and adopts an intuitive and vivid control interface, which can realize operations such as automatic feeding of ingots, automatic length fixing, automatic cutting, and automatic wire retraction.

The equipment is also designed with the functions of automatic alignment of the first cut and automatic flipping of the crystal line with one button, which can be selected according to customer needs.

2 Factory requirements
The height of the factory building is 3-4 meters, and it is recommended to be more than 4 meters, including equipment maintenance space.
C25 concrete is poured flat, and the load-bearing capacity is more than 1.5 tons/m2 (referring to the average load-bearing area on the equipment unit area, not the load-bearing area on the contact area between the equipment feet and the ground).
