The WPM350/2 Mono-Silicon Duplex Squaring Machine is an automated equipment for completing the square cutting process of single crystal silicon rods. The equipment adopts a wire cutting method, which has better cutting quality and higher processing efficiency. The equipment uses an automated material table for loading and unloading, achieving automation of the production line. At the same time, the rod wings can be collected in a centralized manner, achieving automatic transfer and transportation of wings.

The reserved quantity for excavation can be as low as 0.4mm on one side. Compared to traditional bobbin wire squarer, it saves a lot of silicon material. High production capacity: The daily production capacity of the rods is 8T (the rod is M10, with a length of 650mm and a working time of 22h per day. The equipment utilization rate is 95%).
